Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we offer returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Conditions

• Items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unaltered condition.

• All original tags and packaging must be fully intact and included with the return.

How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact our customer service team at return@oruu.studio with your order number. Once your request is reviewed, our team will email you a prepaid return shipping label along with step-by-step instructions. Returns sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For your convenience, we will provide a prepaid return label to ship the item back to us. A return shipping label fee of $8.00 will be deducted from your final refund amount.

Processing Your Refund Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will notify you of the return status. If approved, your refund (minus the return shipping deduction) will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 2-3 business days after we receive the item to post your refund.
