Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with ORUU. Please review our shipping practices and procedures below.

Order Processing Time All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that during high-volume sales periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly delayed. We will communicate any significant delays directly to you.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. As outlined in our Terms of Service, all delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed once the package is handed over to the carrier.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically become active within 24 hours.

International Shipping We currently offer international shipping to selected countries.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. ORUU is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are your responsibility as the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages Once we transfer products to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. We are not liable for packages that are delayed, lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
